Join Baxter as a Warehouse Supplier Specialist (temporary position), where you will lead the end-to-end process with suppliers, ensuring efficiency and excellence. What are your responsibilities? Be a phenomenal partner with external and internal suppliers
Negotiate terms and conditions with external suppliers
Prepare contracts in compliance with internal policies
Handle invoice management
Lead all aspects of direct purchases
Control stock of auxiliary materials in the warehouse
Prepare and file quality and EHS forms
Analyze and implement improvement projects
Design and implement supply strategies
Champion a culture of long-term savings
Control spending and assist in budget analysis
We are presently seeking people who are/have: A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business
Proficiency in English and Spanish
Analytical, technologically, and digitally savvy
Strong collaboration capabilities
Ability to influence and communicate optimally in customer/supplier relationships
Strong decision-making and responsibility-taking skills
