What You Will Do
The Warehouse Operations lead is responsible for managing/controlling inbound/outbound flows, inventory levels, ensuring accuracy in stock counts, overseeing stock movements, monitoring pallets flows (Blu/White) and maintaining efficient warehouse operations. This role involves tracking inventory, coordinating stock control activities, and implementing effective inventory management practices to meet operational requirements and minimize discrepancies. The role also requires a presence on the shop floor to ensure safety, adherence to Kenvue standards and procedures and drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities: Inbound /Outbound flow management:
o Inbound: processes and activities involved in receiving, unloading, inspecting, and storing incoming goods in the warehouse.
o Outbound: processes and activities involved in picking, packing, and shipping goods from the warehouse to customers or other destinations.Operational Efficiency:
o Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure efficient and organized stock storage.
o Optimize warehouse space utilization and layout to enhance operational efficiency.
o Assist in developing and implementing best practices for inventory management.Stock Control:
o Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of goods in the warehouse.
o Implement and maintain stock control procedures to optimize inventory accuracy and minimize losses.
o Coordinate stock movements, including transfers, adjustments, and returns.Data Management:
o Maintain alignment between SAP logistics data and 3PL WMS.
o Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends, shortages, and excess stock.
o Ensure all stock transactions are recorded accurately and timely.Inventory Management:
o Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring stock availability to meet operational demands.
o Conduct /Monitor regular stock counts and reconciliations to maintain accurate inventory records.
o Identify and address inventory discrepancies and variances promptly.Quality Control:
o Oversight incoming stock for quality, quantity, and adherence to compliance requirements.
o Ensure Kenvue standard on labeling, storage, and handling of products.
o Manage and control expired, damaged, or obsolete stock according to company policies.Team Collaboration:
o Work closely with Demand planning, logistics teams, procurement and sales to ensure smooth stock flow.
o Establish WOR, MOR with 3PL to monitor performances and drive continuous improvement.
o Provide training and guidance to warehouse staff on stock control procedures.
o Support the Logistics Management internal and external in day-to-day warehouse operations and projects. What We Are Looking For Have at least 2 years in Supply chain, logistic experience, experience in FMCG warehousing & distribution.Have SAP experience.Ability to deal with uncertainties and multi-task.Effective communication, interpersonal & negotiation skills; good analytical skills, leadership skills.Problem solving & decision making with internal and external stakeholders.Proficiency in MS Office applications.
