Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor / Supervisor/a de operaciones Division: Weir Minerals Location: Onsite, Villaverde, Madrid PURPOSE OF ROLE In this dynamic role you will work directly in each process from receiving and checking the products, storage and stock keeping, picking and preparing the shipments, transport documents, import and export. Your attention to safety and detail will ensure that each product is handled carefully, securely packed and shipped timely to the client. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Reception and storage: Control and storage of all the products received, including unloading, import documents, quality check. Prepare shipments: Timely preparation of orders; picking, packing and loading, export documentation as needed. Warehouse organization: Maintain warehouse in organized, in top condition and a workplace you are proud of. JOB KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS: Experience with forklift, reach truck, loader is a plus. Fluent Spanish and English level B is a must. Experience with warehouse operations. Experience with transport documents, import and export. Most important is that you have the right attitude and are willing to learn what you need to succeed.
