Warehouse Staff

Responsibilities • Responsible for the Management of the day-to-day Warehouse Operations of the company.

• Monitors warehouse stocks to ensure the optimum level of inventory is being maintained.

• Responsible for the analysis and formulation of Warehouse Inventory Parameters.

• Coordinates with the Maintenance Section for the issuances of spare parts and consumables for the implementation of the company's Preventive Maintenance Program of all machines, equipment, and vehicles of the company.

• Establish and improve the company's Warehousing Policy and Procedures.

• Ensures all reports needed are done accurately and submitted on time.

• Conducts actual inventory or physical count of stocks monthly.

• Responsible for timely ordering of materials needed in the operation, which includes the preparation of "Purchase Request" (PR).

• Ensures all warehouse transactions, including the receiving and issuance of materials, are properly documented.

• Responsible for monitoring and issuance of Personnel Protective Equipment (P.P.E).

• Performs other duties as assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

Qualifications: Preferably a college graduate Basic PC knowledge (Excel) Good math skills Strong communication and time management skills Ability to keep track of a large volume of transactions and cash accountability Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php12,320.00 - Php14,560.00 per month
