The PositionThis position contributes to the success of Roche Diagnostic Spain by coordinating the day-to-day warehouse operations. Responsibilities include continuous improvement on processes and service.Your key responsibilities:Assist Operations Managers in leading daily operations and ensure the warehouse process is handled efficiently and precisely.Organize inventory of stock in the warehouse, including changes and adjustments in the warehouse inventory system.Control expired and obsolete products and collect the monthly KPI report and other reports.Manage all documentation related to the Quality Management System: Manuals, procedures, non-conformities, continuous improvement action plans in Supply Chain, and documentation necessary for export and execution of the intrastat document.Participate in projects related to technical or system changes to adapt operations to new business needs.Develop any activity in the warehouse: receiving, storage, inventory management, product slotting, picking, packing, kitting, and possibly operate heavy equipment like a forklift.Who you are:Hold a Bachelor's degree in economics, engineering, or technical engineering.Have knowledge of Distribution Center activities and systems, stock management, and supply techniques.Be an expert in all processes and systems within the warehouse.Have experience with SAP R3 MM / PP Module and microcomputing at the user level.Be fluent in English (minimum B2).The position is non-remote and located in Sant Cugat (Barcelona), Spain.What do we offer?We offer competitive compensation and excellent social benefits like flexible work schedule and home office policies, medical insurance, pension plan, allowances for marriage and birth, training related to your career development, gym, meal allowance, flexible remuneration scheme with its fiscal advantages.#J-18808-Ljbffr
