Position Summary
The Warehouse Manager will oversee all aspects of warehouse operations at the manufacturing site, ensuring efficient management of inventory, storage, and distribution. This role is crucial for maintaining high standards of accuracy and integrity in inventory management and ensuring smooth warehouse operations. The Warehouse Manager will frequently interact with customers, suppliers, and managers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Warehouse Site Management:

Source and manage warehouse site information, including addresses, contacts, and agreements.


Inventory Management:

Manage 3PL Finished Goods Inventory reports in NetSuite.
Maintain accurate inventory for raw materials and safety stock in cold storage.
Perform regular NetSuite inventory reconciliations.


Forecasting:

Provide warehouse forecasts upon request, focusing on space and pallet requirements.
Assist with forecasts for DTC and Amazon FBA, especially for kitting processes.


Shelf-Life Management:

Manage the shelf life and inventory age for all finished goods and raw materials.


Financial Oversight:

Review and approve warehouse bills, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Conduct weekly audits of warehouse bills to identify and address discrepancies.
Manage warehouse price lists and assist finance with any related queries.


Operational Efficiency:

Optimize kitting processes and manage the relationship with ShipFusion.
Ensure the integrity and efficiency of the warehouse network.


Customer Fulfillment and Sales Coordination:

Collaborate frequently with Customer Fulfillment and Sales departments to ensure timely delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.


Quality Assurance:

Monitor quality control activity and work closely with those responsible for product quality management.
Support quality management from his natural daily warehouse role.


Efficient Warehouse Equipment Management:

In-depth knowledge of the operation of warehouse equipment to train the trainers.
Operational knowledge of warehouse equipment to manage them correctly, safely, and operate within their capabilities.


Key Metrics:

Inventory Accuracy: Percentage of inventory items that match the physical count.
Order Fulfillment Rate: Percentage of orders fulfilled on time and in full (OTIF).
Warehouse Utilization: Percentage of warehouse space used efficiently.
Cycle Time: Time taken to process an order from receipt to dispatch.
Pick and Pack Accuracy: Percentage of orders picked and packed without errors.
Inventory Turnover: Number of times inventory is sold and replaced over a period.
Cost per Order: Total warehousing costs divided by the number of orders processed.
Safety Incidents: Number of accidents or safety incidents in the warehouse.



Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role in the manufacturing industry.
Strong understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations.
Proficiency in NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
High ability to lead work teams efficiently in manufacturing environments.
Proven experience in the efficient management of warehouse equipment.
Experience in managing quality assurance systems.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Strong communication and organizational skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
