Your leadership will be essential in creating a streamlined and reliable warehouse environment that benefits both our team and our customers.AccountabilitiesOversee workload distribution, train new warehouse employees, and monitor for errors.Track inventory levels and budget for warehouse expenses related to packing consumables and maintenance.Successfully implement ERP and WMS systems for effective stock control in the warehouse.Create and maintain a tracking system for Warehouse and Logistics process metrics.Generate daily, weekly, and monthly metrics reports, and analyze deviations promptly to propose solutions.Engage in effective communication and collaboration with team members.Establish clear roles and responsibilities, streamline warehouse workflows, and identify opportunities to enhance productivity and reduce picking errors.Minimum Requirements2-3 years of proven experience in supply chain management.Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Word, Excel, and any inventory management software.Native Spanish speaker with conversational (C1) English skills.1-2 years of experience in logistics team lead roles, managing small- to medium-scale logistics projects.Proficient in writing instructions and Job Element Sheets (JES), setting tasks for warehouse staff, and preparing reports for management.Familiarity with implementing Lean methodologies, including 5S, Kaizen, problem-solving, and staff balancing.Involvement in warehouse operations automation and the implementation of automation systems.Strong understanding of legal documentation requirements related to warehousing processes (e.g., warehousing, receiving, stock keeping, and goods shipping).High ethical standards, emotional intelligence, and a participative management style.Organised, focused, efficient, and attentive to detail.Ability to anticipate strategic needs and translate them into actionable tactical plans with strong execution skills.Ready to embrace challenges, flexible, positive, a self-starter, and a fast learner.Not required but advantageous:Experience with Amazon fulfilment.Required for the whole company:We are led by our five values:Efficiency: We achieve results by being efficient with our time and resources.
