Responsibilities: Shift planning: work schedules, inbound/outbound suppliers, order preparation Shift supervision: distribution of workload, training new WH employees, checking for mistakes Inventory management including tracking and budgeting WH expenses related to packing consumables and WH premises maintenance Successful implementation of ERP & WMS system for effective stock control in the warehouse Creation and maintenance of Warehouse and Logistics process metrics tracking system. Daily, weekly and monthly metrics reporting Prompt analysis of deviations in order to propose solutions Other activities including communication and collaboration with other team members Set up efficient roles and responsibilities, workflow in the warehouse, and identify opportunities to improve productivity and minimize picking errors Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's in Supply Chain Management, Economics, Math, Business Administration, or equivalent 2-3 years of experience Knowledge of Google Workspace, Word, Excel, mail, etc., and any inventory management software Speaks native Spanish and conversational (C1) English 1-2 years in team lead roles in logistics with experience organizing shift work, stock levels control, replenishment, stock keeping using FIFO principles, warehouse address systematization, order fulfillment, inventory management, receiving inbound shipments, planning outbound shipments Experience managing small- to medium-scale logistics projects Experience in writing instructions and JES (job element sheets), setting tasks for WH staff, and preparing WH reports for management Experience implementing Lean methodology (5S, Kaizen, Problem Solving, Staff balancing) Participation in WH operations automation and implementing automation systems in a warehouse environment Solid understanding of legal documentation requirements related to warehousing processes (warehousing, receiving, stock keeping, goods shipping, etc.) High ethics and emotional intelligence, participative management style Attentive to detail, organized, focused, efficient Able to anticipate strategic needs and transform them into a specific tactical plan, a strong executor Ready to take on challenges, flexible, positive, self-starter, and fast learner Any experience working with or in Amazon fulfillment would be a plus We Offer: Opportunity for growth and involvement in opening new warehouses across the world (US, UK, etc.) An opportunity to work in a positive culture with advanced business concepts in a high-efficiency environment Comfortable working hours starting at 8-9 am and finishing at 5 pm Barcelona time Competitive compensation of 40,000 - 50,000 EUR gross yearly 28 calendar days of vacation annually Warehouse location in the city center of Barcelona (Carrer de la Costa Brava) #J-18808-Ljbffr
