.We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager (Chinese+Spanish+English) for our client in Madrid.He/she will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of warehouse operations within the whole group. This role is crucial to ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of our warehouse, including inventory management, order fulfilment, and the implementation of operational processes. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations management and will be proficient in English, Chinese, and Spanish.Key Responsibilities: Warehouse Management: Oversee daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient handling of inventory, accurate order fulfillment, and timely dispatch.Manage warehouse staff, providing training and leadership to maintain a high level of productivity and morale.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse.Process Development and Improvement: Collaborate with the executive team to develop, implement, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for warehouse operations.Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.Inventory Control: Oversee inventory management processes to ensure accurate tracking, storage, and distribution of all products.Conduct regular inventory audits and implement corrective actions as necessary.Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure the timely and cost-effective transportation of goods.Manage inbound and outbound logistics, optimizing shipping schedules and routes to meet customer demands.Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, customer service, and production teams to align warehouse operations with overall business objectives.Act as the primary point of contact for all warehouse-related inquiries and issues.Multi-Language Communication: Utilize proficiency in English, Chinese, and Spanish to effectively communicate with international teams, suppliers, and customers.Assist in the translation and localization of warehouse-related documents and communications.Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations management, preferably within the jewelry or luxury goods industry.Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale warehouse operations and leading teams.Language Skills: Fluency in English, Chinese, and Spanish is required.Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.Leadership and Communication: Excellent leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex problems and develop practical, effective solutions
