Do you want to lead a team and face new challenges? Your place is with us! We are expanding our teams with a warehouse manager to lead and optimize the management of our warehouse in Tres Cantos, focused on the production of electronic equipment for aeronautics.
WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON? In our team, you will play a key role in ensuring the availability of critical components, traceability of materials, and compliance with international regulations. Your objective will be to ensure the continuity of the supply chain and support production under the highest quality standards of the aeronautical sector. Your tasks will be focused on:
Warehouse Management: Supervise the reception, storage, inventory, and distribution of materials and electronic components. Process Implementation and Optimization: Design and improve workflows in the warehouse, ensuring maximum efficiency and compliance with deadlines. Traceability and Regulatory: Implement complete traceability systems to ensure compliance with aviation regulations and quality standards (AS9100, ISO 9001). Inventory Control: Conduct regular audits, establish rotation indicators, and reduce material obsolescence. Personnel Management: Coordinate and train the warehouse team in good storage practices, safety, and handling of sensitive materials. Technology Implementation: Oversee the use of warehouse management systems and promote the digitalization of operational processes. Safety Oversight: Ensure proper handling of sensitive electronic materials, following ESD (electrostatic discharge) procedures and safe storage regulations. You will also work closely with Production, Purchasing, and Logistics to ensure the proper handling of sensitive electronic materials.
WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM? For this position, we are looking for graduates or technicians in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Electronics, or related fields with at least 2 years of experience managing warehouses (preferably in aeronautical, electronics, or similar production environments), providing traceability and handling standards such as AS9100 and ISO 9001. We need you to have advanced knowledge of warehouse management systems (ERP) and familiarity with international standards related to aeronautical production and handling of electronic components. Previous experience with ESD (electrostatic discharge) sensitive materials, and certifications in logistics process improvement will also be an asset.
