Descripción del puesto NAME: Logistic Coordinator
ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE/DEPENDENCY: Reports to Logistics and Transport Manager.
WHAT WILL YOU DO: Manage any unrouteable issue during the optimization process within the timelines expected.Conduct any communication with sites related with daily operations activities.The position will take place between the headquarters office in Madrid and the warehouse in Toledo (20% office HQ & 80% warehouse).Central contact for our third-party logistics service provider.Close cooperation with operations, customer service and quality management as well as with finance and insurance.Strong IT systems knowledge and skills including knowledge and understanding of specialist ERP systems such as SAP, as well as experience with warehouse management systems and interfaces to ensure that IT systems in place are effective, appropriately maintained, and accurate.Strong skills to interpret trends, analyze and review data to provide meaningful logistics data to the internal stakeholders and to assess logistic service provider performance by promoting continuous improvement.Manage warehouse inventory, keep track of slow moving and obsolete stock and organize destruction of goods with close cooperation with finance and the logistics service provider.Resolve any arising problems or complaints concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports, or exports.Participate in the implementation of appropriate logistics models that support business strategies, company expansion and cost reduction strategies as well as participating in various projects to expand the company portfolio.Assess and make recommendations for logistics processes in potential new affiliates and advise of cost implications and efficiency.Perfil WHO YOU ARE? 3+ years' experience of working in logistics/purchasing/supply chain/transportation function ideally with a comprehensive knowledge of logistics processes and procedures.Strong analytical and business-oriented skills.Ability to manage and meet deadlines and multi-task daily activities.Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Expert in office tools. Knowledge of software as SAP will be a plus.Proactivity, continuously improving and looking for process efficiencies.Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.Highly skilled communicator with the ability to form and maintain good relationships internally and externally.Project management skills.Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.Expert knowledge of technical regulations related to logistics such as import/export and customs regulations will be valued.Knowledge of lean techniques may be advantageous.SKILLS: Results orientedProactive and customer orientedGood communication SkillsAbility to work under pressureMAIN STUDIES: Relevant Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience in supply chain management, operations, or logistics.

EXPERIENCE: 3+ years' experience of working in logistics/purchasing/supply chain/transportation function ideally with a comprehensive knowledge of logistics processes and procedures. Experience in warehousing highly appreciated.
