You will be responsible for three departments: Inbound, Outbound, and Online. Key Responsibilities: Drive continuous improvement in warehouse operations and service levels Manage all inbound and outbound logistics activities, including inventory replenishment, order fulfillment, and loading Oversee external warehousing operations Manage the operational budget Develop and implement innovative solutions, KPI improvements, loss prevention programs, and safety initiatives Lead the company's commitment to a zero-accident workplace Collaborate with temporary employment agencies to plan staffing levels Foster a positive and supportive work environment to drive employee engagement and development Recruiting and onboarding Promote knowledge sharing and best practices across departments Develop and maintain an efficient and professional organization Ensure employees are motivated and qualified, focusing on developing the project portfolio In Collaboration with the Rest of the Management Team Support matrix organization projects and rollouts at the DC Facilitate KPI and reporting principles implementation within the DC in collaboration with development and controlling Participate in the Business Plan process for the DC (yearly strategy) Participate in the local DC budgeting process and ensure alignment with overall principles Live our JYSK Values and Leadership Estimated travel and meeting activity is approximately 25 days per year.
