You will be responsible for three departments: Inbound, Outbound, and Online.Key Responsibilities:Drive continuous improvement in warehouse operations and service levelsManage all inbound and outbound logistics activities, including inventory replenishment, order fulfillment, and loadingOversee external warehousing operationsManage the operational budgetDevelop and implement innovative solutions, KPI improvements, loss prevention programs, and safety initiativesLead the company's commitment to a zero-accident workplaceCollaborate with temporary employment agencies to plan staffing levelsFoster a positive and supportive work environment to drive employee engagement and developmentRecruiting and onboardingPromote knowledge sharing and best practices across departmentsDevelop and maintain an efficient and professional organizationEnsure employees are motivated and qualified, focusing on developing the project portfolioIn Collaboration with the Rest of the Management TeamSupport matrix organization projects and rollouts at the DCFacilitate KPI and reporting principles implementation within the DC in collaboration with development and controllingParticipate in the Business Plan process for the DC (yearly strategy)Participate in the local DC budgeting process and ensure alignment with overall principlesLive our JYSK Values and LeadershipEstimated travel and meeting activity is approximately 25 days per year.QualificationsFluency in both written and spoken English is essential for this role.
