Warehouse Coordinator

ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Management - Receiving incoming shipment, unpacking, incoming inspection of materials, creating NCR for any deviation, completing GR for received materialsFollow up with MAERSK, DSV, TNT, and local broker for incoming shipment, customs clearancePrepare GFO for custom payment and follow up with Site Manager, Finance controllerCreate PR, follow up for PO, send PO to the vendor MAERSK, DSV, TNT, Local custom brokerVendor payment follow-upPlan/Prepare warehouse auditing/inventory checks periodicallyPrepare the required spare and tools necessary for the daily job and hand them to the technicianTools Management - Receiving incoming tools, unpacking, incoming inspection of the tool, creating NCR for any deviation, completing GR for receivedMonitor calibration dates of tools, request for calibration with calibration lab in DKShipping out, receiving of calibration tool, creating PR related to tools, calibrationUp to date on electrical/hydraulic tool test tag etcCreate Failure reports for tools and follow upRequest TMS number for sending out materials/Tools from the PhilippinesQualificationsExperience in parts industry/roleExperience in preparing and presenting reports will be highly regarded but not essential2-3 years working experience in warehouse/ logistic environment/ business, custom clearanceProficiency in both written and spoken EnglishMechanical / tools experience will be highly regardedKnowledge of working with MS Office and SAP/ERPMust have a valid driver's licensePhysically capable of climbing WTGsGreat technical understandingKnowledge or experience with logistical proceduresKnowledge of import, and export business, as well as transport experienceCompetenciesAble to read, write, and communicate in EnglishExtensive PC skills, Windows OS and MS Office particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPointGood relationship with technicians and warehouse team, working together to ensure efficient and timely service deliverySelf-developmentGood time management and reporting skillsA proven commitment to safety and a safe working environmentAbility to work in a team environmentAbility to work in complex and pressure-filled situationsAbility to prioritize and balance responsibilitiesCommitment to honesty, confidentiality and integrityRequired to be on the on-call rosterIntermediate knowledge of ERP Systems (SAP)What we offerAn exciting role with opportunities for professional and personal developmentA diverse and international work environmentA chance to contribute to the world-saving renewable energy sector
