As part of the recruitment process this role requires a pre-employment check, which includes a medical assessment. The Shift times required to work will be spread across either: Morning Shift: 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM Our Distribution Centre operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mixture of weekday and weekend shifts (Sunday availability is optional for this recruitment). This role is based at IKEA Distribution Centre separate from the IKEA Marsden Park Store. About this work area As a Warehouse Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Picking, packing, and checking customer online orders for truck or parcel delivery within set KPIs. Using your attention to detail skills when picking assigned orders, using the RF scanning system to check accuracy. Prepare orders for delivery by labelling and arranging stock for dispatch accordingly. Replenishing your assigned area to ensure it is fully stocked
