Get to know our team and culture here: https://www.ultimatebeautycompany.com/ Your Role Our Warehouse Associate ensures accurate order fulfillment by checking for damages, measuring products, overseeing packaging and labeling, communicating with couriers, tracking inventory, and preparing shipment reports for efficient logistics and product integrity.
Your Impact This role significantly impacts the company by ensuring accurate order fulfillment, which enhances customer satisfaction and retention.
By maintaining proper packaging and tracking inventory, it minimizes errors and reduces operational costs, ultimately contributing to the company's efficiency and profitability.
Your Responsibilities: Review order files to identify damages, missing products, and batch codes.
Measure and weigh products, and capture product images for documentation.
Pack products into individual boxes and label them according to instructions.
Prepare shipments for delivery.
Communicate effectively with couriers regarding shipment details.
Monitor inventory levels and track leftover supplies in the warehouse.
Ensure proper packaging, handling, storage, and transportation of products.
Prepare shipment reports and coordinate with the shipment team for seamless logistics.
Your Skills & Attributes  Required for your role  Quick learner, flexible, with a strong sense of responsibility Ability to work independently and as a team, someone that can be trusted and relied on Attention to detail, active and decisive Computer literacy: knowledge of Google Sheets Experience working in a warehouse/supermarkets/grocery stores on similar tasks Fluent or Upper Intermediate Spanish Not required but advantageous: Knowledge of English (basic or intermediate) Required for the whole company We are led by our five values:  Efficiency: We achieve results by being efficient with our time and resources.
