Business Contribution:
To support the Lead-Stock & Assets in ensuring the efficient running of the operations and assets department. Be responsible for receiving components and materials from our suppliers, ensuring that both product and documentation meet the specified requirements. He/she will also be responsible for locating components and/or feeding directly into the manufacturing lines.
Key Responsibilities: Receive the raw material, components, and finished product for distribution according to Larzep & Enerpac's procedures.Prepare subcontracting orders for external operations: treatments, painting, or machining.Perform the administrative reception in the ERP system of the materials and outsourced operations.Check and inspect the material received to ensure that it meets specifications.Store the products in the warehouse: specified location for the stored components, project box for the non-stored ones, and CNC machine for the raw materials.Contribute to the overall 5S/Lean activities of the different warehouses of the factory.Provide training and instruction to other temporary employees as needed.Maintenance of the cleaning of the reception area.Help the warehouse team ensure on-time delivery of our products.Participate in continuous improvement events.Assist in planning tasks and monthly closings.Ensure that all HSSEQ rules and regulations implemented in the Organization are applied. Proactively engage in security awareness and improvement.Updating the system with equipment and maintenance records.General office administration and reporting.Processing stock disposal forms.Assisting with ad-hoc sales and stock checks.Assist with updating of spreadsheets.Booking in supplier delivery notes, ensuring goods are allocated to the correct Depots.Assist with monthly stock evaluation reports.Update the Workshop repair record.Managing and reporting utilization of stock across all facilities, ensuring the correct stock is in the correct location.Answering incoming calls.Ad-hoc admin duties.Ensure all HSSEQ rules and regulations are communicated and enforced throughout the Organization. Proactively participate in safety awareness and improvement.Represent the Company in a professional manner at all times, both internally and externally.Follow the published processes and comply with all company policies and procedures. Be an ambassador for the business, ensuring that Health & Safety comes first at all times.Participate fully in Continuous Improvement (LEAD) activities where necessary and required.Required Capabilities: Good academic training and English higher education will be valued.Experience in the purchasing area.Previous experience working in the reception area of a warehouse.Demonstrated problem-solving expertise.Ability to work well with others.Strong interpersonal skills, working and communicating well with internal and external stakeholders.Initiative, proactivity, professionalism, and flexibility.Able to work with deadlines with excellent organizational skills.Work well with minimal supervision, self-disciplined, and motivated.Ability to use MS Office computer tools (Excel, Word).
