DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESAssists the Warehouse Manager in implementing policies, procedures and guidelines related to the handling, storage, preservation and delivery of products and materials.Performs over site-specific activities and warehouse services.Records/Inputs all inventory transactions into the warehouse management system and ensures the timeliness and accuracy of the data.Assists in the supervision/performance on the receiving, checking, counting and storing of materials and goods in accordance with established procedures.Assists in the supervision/performance on the issuance and transfer of materials and goods based on duly authorized orders to Customers.Reports incidents and accidents related to their scope and area of work to Warehouse Manager (e.g. spillages, damages, mishandling, etc.).Assists in planning and providing adequate storage space for all materials, protect them from damage, pilferage and unauthorized movement.Performs cycle inventory counts as required and participates in the pre-counts/annual stock taking.Assists in investigating variances for inventory reconciliation.Ensures that safe working practices are implemented in handling all materials/finished goods.Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.Represents as Accredited Pollution Control Officer of the Company.
