About Us: Zoco Cafe offers an organic kitchen and coffee experience within the inspiring atmosphere of Zoco Home. Our space combines the best of culinary delights and interior design, providing a one-of-a-kind setting for our guests.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.Coordinate with the kitchen team to maintain timely and high-quality service.Handle customer inquiries, reservations, and special requests professionally.Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting cafe environment. Requirements: Proven experience as a waitress, preferably in a similar role.Excellent English and Spanish communication skills.Strong leadership and organizational abilities.Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Passion for organic food and coffee is a plus!
