Job Description
As a Waiter/Waitress, your main purpose will be to deliver exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is both enjoyable and memorable. Your main focus and activities will include:
Greet and seat guests in a warm and friendly mannerTake food and beverage orders accurately and efficientlyDeliver orders promptly and ensure guest satisfactionMaintain a clean and organized dining areaAssist with setting up and breaking down tables and dining areasProvide menu recommendations and answer guests' questions about the menuCollaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth serviceHandle payments and transactions accuratelyUphold the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism Qualifications
Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service roleStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentPositive attitude and strong work ethicFlexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidaysKnowledge of food and beverage service standardsProficiency in Czech and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plusLegal authorization to work in the Czech Republic Additional Information
