Key Responsibilities:Guest Service: Provide outstanding service to guests, ensuring their dining experience exceeds expectations. Greet and seat guests, present menus, and provide detailed information on menu items and specials.Order Taking: Accurately take food and beverage orders, ensuring any dietary restrictions or special requests are communicated to the kitchen and bar staff.Serving: Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner, ensuring presentation standards are met.Payment Processing: Handle guest payments, issue receipts, and provide accurate change. Ensure proper use of POS systems.Cleanliness and Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with kitchen, bar, and other restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations and a seamless dining experience for guests.Complaint Resolution: Address and resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally, escalating to the manager when necessary.Procedure Compliance: Complete all relevant procedures and paperwork related to the Food & Beverage department as required by the company.Work Culture: Contribute to a positive work environment that supports our Miiro values, including respect, teamwork, and excellence.Requirements:Proven experience as a waiter or in a similar role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of service.Familiarity with restaurant POS systems and basic math skills for handling payments.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.A friendly and professional demeanor, with a focus on customer satisfaction.Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience in a high-end or busy restaurant setting.Knowledge of food and beverage pairings and service techniques.Benefits:Training and development.Employee discounts.Meals.Uniforms and Laundry Service.If you are passionate about providing exceptional service and creating memorable dining experiences, we invite you to apply for the Restaurant Waiter position.
