Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Service: Provide outstanding service to guests, ensuring their dining experience exceeds expectations. Greet and seat guests, present menus, and provide detailed information on menu items and specials.
- Order Taking: Accurately take food and beverage orders, ensuring any dietary restrictions or special requests are communicated to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serving: Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner, ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Payment Processing: Handle guest payments, issue receipts, and provide accurate change. Ensure proper use of POS systems.
- Cleanliness and Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with kitchen, bar, and other restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations and a seamless dining experience for guests.
- Complaint Resolution: Address and resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally, escalating to the manager when necessary.
- Procedure Compliance: Complete all relevant procedures and paperwork related to the Food & Beverage department as required by the company.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a waiter or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of service.
- Familiarity with restaurant POS systems and basic math skills for handling payments.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A friendly and professional demeanor, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a high-end or busy restaurant setting.
