Responsibilities: Understand the outlet's concept and F&B offerings to explain them to guests. Complete mise en place for efficient service, including cleaning and equipment preparation. Operate the point of sale system for order processing. Upsell services and products to enhance guest experience and increase revenue. Handle billing and cashiering following hotel standards. Maintain outlet equipment and utensils in good condition. Assist in stocking and organizing supplies. Perform other duties as assigned by the manager. Requirements: Degree or Higher National Diploma in Hospitality/Hotel/Business Management preferred. Experience as a server in a high-volume restaurant with top-tier service preferred. Minimum of 1 year working in a Michelin Star restaurant or Five Star Hotel. Ability to understand and deliver superior customer service. Basic computer skills, including MS Office, preferred. Effective communication with diverse individuals. Availability for night shifts. Proficiency in Spanish & English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
