Activations Marketing Executive to support in delivering the JD brand's global marketing vision across the Spanish market. To advance the JD brand, maximising awareness and connection to the consumers to deliver strategies and initiatives for the region. The Snr. Activations Marketing Executive will be responsible for leading and executing strategic activation campaigns and events to enhance brand visibility and engagement. This role requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in planning and executing high-impact events and activations.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a proven track record in driving successful campaigns, we'd love to have you on our team.Location : MadridType of Telework : Hybrid WorkingWorking hours : 39 hoursWhat You'll Be Doing:Strategic Planning : Develop and implement activation strategies aligned with organizational goals and brand objectives.Event Management : Plan, coordinate, and execute a range of events, from large-scale product launches to intimate VIP gatherings.Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, retail, 3PB, Partnerships, social and influencers teams to ensure seamless execution of activations and events.Budget Management : Manage budgets for activations and events, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.Vendor Management : Identify, negotiate with, and manage external vendors and partners for event-related services.Performance Analysis : Evaluate the success of activations and events through post-event analysis, including ROI metrics and attendee feedback.Team Leadership : Provide guidance and establish healthy working relationships with the team and agencies. Share best practices within the market and with the wider EU marketing team and critically assess how activations can be applied/expanded.What We're Looking For:Minimum of 5 years of experience in event management and activations, with a track record of successfully executing high-impact campaigns.Strategic Thinking : Ability to develop and implement strategic activation plans aligned with brand objectives.High English level (C1).Budget Management : Proficient in managing budgets and allocating resources effectively.Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination with internal teams and external partners. Team player with solid interpersonal, networking and negotiating skills.Geographically mobile.
