Job Description As MEP Manager, you will join our Spanish design and build Data Center team to be the final client contact in the follow-up of the construction of the Data Center and fit-out of the IT room. In direct link with the owner of the Data Center and the final client, your missions will be:
Being the main contact between the company and the final client that will be using the Data Center.
Providing the information requested for the follow-up of the building construction and fit-out of the IT room.
Adjusting all MEP specifications for final Datacenter tenders.
Being the link between the client and our technical teams.
Contracting and piloting our subcontractors for the fit-out of the IT rooms.
Managing the progress in terms of quality, cost, and schedule and reporting.
As the client and tenders privileged interlocutor, you will support our project to success.
Profile You are an engineer in the electrical or mechanical field with a minimum of 5 years design and build experience on industrial building projects with high added technical value, tight deadlines, and inter-related projects. Used to adapting yourself to client needs, with good communication and management skills, you enjoy multicultural teamwork. Your rigor, interpersonal skills, and adaptability to the situations encountered will allow you to succeed in this position and grow within our company. Speaking and writing fluently in Spanish and English is a must, and a good level in French would be a plus.
