You are responsible for driving the strategy, performance and continuous development of the Roche site in San Cugat, Spain. The role oversees all aspects related to Security, Safety, Health & Environment and site management including real estate management, capex projects, maintenance, engineering, workplace management, and on-site services (e.g., canteen, mailing, internal events, etc.) in compliance with local requirements and global Roche standards.
You foster collaboration across teams, ensure fit-for-purpose facility and future site needs by delivering state-of-the-art solutions and excellent on-site services. The role requires strong leadership, proficiency in project & process management, and a customer/user-oriented mindset. The successful candidate will report to the Director of Finance & Operations DIA Spain and will be leading a team of leaders and individual contributors.
Responsibilities Facilitate and support the definition of mid to long-term site strategy to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions that enable business functions to attract and retain talents.
Drive close communication and collaboration with all stakeholders on site, following the customer-first principle to ensure a high-quality experience.
Establish a systematic review mechanism of site performance and efficiency (including external benchmarking).
Define clear yet simple KPIs to foster high-quality delivery, continuous improvements, collective ownership, and individual accountability.
Lead local emergency situations in accordance with defined procedures and seamless alignment with key stakeholders.
Ensure strong security measures are established in relation to physical security (access control, badges, guards), personnel security (provision of protective measures), and information security (building awareness across employees).
Ensure Site's license to operate by ensuring activity licenses, relevant ISOs certifications, and other supporting certifications are timely obtained and renewed.
Be responsible for Site Management budget to maximize outcomes and high-quality delivery experience.
