As a Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for executing the partnerships strategy in assigned territories (with a special focus on Mexico, Spain, Brazil & selected countries).
You will own, manage & successfully conduct a pipeline of leads across different verticals (consumer brands, SCR, B2B2C, brand licensing).
The Partnerships team helps build a robust, trustful, and purposeful brand parents, kids & educators love by establishing meaningful deals that generate awareness, improve brand engagement, and drive new subscriptions & business opportunities.Responsibilities:Ensure successful execution of partnerships and brand activations and build relationships with existing and new partners.Ensure implementation and maintain long-term relationships with key partners, especially in the Mexican & Spanish markets.You will work cross-functionally, with internal teams such as Legal, Finance, Brand, Product, and Business Intelligence.Nurture existing relationships with customers with tailored reports, retrospectives, and relevant high-quality content.Negotiate upsells and new partnerships with existing customers.Prepare detailed reports to keep the management team updated regarding progress in the business development activities.Track, gather, review and translate deal metrics and KPIs to communicate impact to internal and external stakeholders.Drive to become a Lingokids brand ambassador in the US market and identify new opportunities, drive sales innovation and identify scalable opportunities.You will work with SDR teams, prospecting & validating leads, prioritizing the opportunities that best help us achieve our quarterly and yearly goals.Desired experience:You have at least 3-5 years of experience in successfully establishing B2B & B2B2C brand marketing partnerships or doing business development in the digital space.You have a solid experience in account management, preferably from the entertainment, ed-tech, FMCG (Fast-moving consumer goods), kids, or digital subscription-based services/start-ups
