The Position OPSWAT is looking for a seasoned and technically strong Regional Sales Manager to lead sales in Spain and France. What You Will Be Doing
- Building and scaling a channel ecosystem; successful prospecting methods should be second nature to you.
- Responding to inbound leads and appropriately managing them; high conversion rates are part of your past success.
- Developing thought leadership and a trusted advisory relationship with partners, customers, and prospects.
- Strategically targeting business opportunities that leverage high-value use cases, in key verticals.
- Developing and executing sales strategies to sell OPSWAT products, solutions, and services to exceed sales quotas.
- Communicating value propositions to partners and customers that speak to their needs and requirements.
- Utilizing client-centric, solutions-oriented selling strategies to identify, qualify, and convert enterprise sales alongside partners.
- Effectively articulating financial ROI/TCO value, and building value throughout the negotiation process.
- Maintaining extensive account and opportunity detail in Salesforce CRM.
- Forecasting and reporting revenue projections accurately to management.
- Overachieving on annual quota, measured quarterly.
- Exuding excellence while constantly being fanatical about delighting customers and promoting products.
- Being a constant expert in cyber-security and using this knowledge to plan for the future. What We Need From You
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
- 3 – 5 years Account Executive, Channel, and Business Development experience with at least 1 year of security and/or enterprise software sales.
- Proficiency in English and local languages.
- Demonstrated consistent quota attainment selling complex solutions to enterprise customers.
