Our award-winning seating solutions are developed from consumer research, finding the ease of operation to be comfortable, convenient and connected.Role Summary:Reporting hierarchically to the Head of Assembly Operations and functionally reporting to the Group's Quality Director, the job holder will be in charge of ensuring the quality conditions of the industrialized products under his/her charge, of the correct practical implementation of the Quality policy of the Group and the correct functioning of the Quality system.Key Responsibilities:Ensures the implementation of the Quality Policy.Directs the development of all the activities necessary for Quality management in his/her area of competence.Permanently evaluates the effectiveness and efficiency of the Quality assurance system in its area of competence, periodically informing its hierarchical and functional superiors of the status and of any need or improvement.Collaborates in the definition of training plans for all Assembly personnel in terms of Quality, in its mission of promoting awareness of Quality requirements.Technical support to quality suppliers in discrepancies with suppliers.Manages relations with the Engineering Department, ensuring that all Quality requirements are met in the life of the projects under his/her charge.Technical support to Quality projects and Engineering in the feasibility discussions for new projects, or for product modifications in series products.Review and approval of the quality documentation of its area of competence for serial products.Direct participation in the process of acceptance of means of control and means of production for new projects.Calculation and management of the indicators of Quality department, informing the hierarchy periodically of the results obtained.Ensures compliance with the rules and procedures established on Safety and Regulation.Manages and controls the resources assigned to him, being ultimately responsible for all functions in the Quality competence for industrialized projects under his/her charge.Health and Safety Responsibilities:To organize workplaces according to the health and safety legal requirements and rules.
