Manages back-office aspects of a project implementation including project briefs, client data collection, QA validation and data input.
Works internally to obtain and optimise design, copy and all other deliverables.
Has a firm understanding of the client's industry, marketing strategy and goals as it applies to lead generation for the client.
Helps to ensure that project requirements are documented.Communication and Reports: Assists team to complete a specific project brief and coordinate client approvals.
Generate Reports and may begin to identify patterns in the data.Support & Productivity: Provide support to the client service team with tear page requests, reports for projects, client mailings, ITG account updates and coding, client reference file updates, other special projects as necessary.
Run and distribute reports where needed.Customer Service: Provide excellent service by responding quickly and accurately to requests from the account team and other internal stakeholders and by communicating effectively and accurately.Technical Knowledge: Maintain DAC system knowledge and PC skills necessary for the efficient and accurate completion of all tasks - knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook are critical.
