Coordinator to support the Operations & Services Management Team with the security, cleaning, and maintenance of the Venue.
Maintain the standards and priorities set by the Operations Management Team and take responsibility for the day-to-day management in the absence of the Operations Managers by:
Providing support to the Operations Director in their areas of responsibility for the security, cleaning, and maintenance of the venue.Sustainability solutions provider, evaluation of the company's carbon footprint, and propose corrective measures to improve ratios, data analysis to report and correct behaviors, advice about ways to achieve sustainability targets set by the company.Assisting the Operations Department in setting up, tracking and achieving budgets for the common costs of the venue.Carrying out preventative measures regarding Health and Safety issues to evaluate performance and conduct and to ensure that all Venue standards are continually monitored.Completing timely legal compliance checks to include risk assessments and Health and Safety strategies.Assisting the Operations Director in developing and maintaining partnerships with 3rd party contractors.Supervising daily corrective and preventive maintenance of all the property, minor carpentry, brickwork, plumbing, electrical, painting and other projects carried out in the Venue.Supporting FM program corrective and preventive maintenance.Supervising the Security Team and ensuring appropriate cover is maintained always as well as the service is provided by security guards with a proactive behavior with guests.Supervising of soft Operational areas as gardening and cleaning, with guest centricity mindset.Supervising and control of other contracted services needs for the smooth business running.Maintaining strong relationships with the local police, fire brigade, and ambulance services.Overseeing communications with contracted cleaning companies and management teams.Supervising the landscaping contract of the Venue.Supervising and controlling other contracted services such as pest control, air fresheners, diaper and sanitary napkin dispensers, public telephones, etc.Ensuring that Brands comply with the venue's rules and regulations concerning material supply, waste disposal, use of common installations, operating hours, car parking, etc.Processing purchase orders to contractors, suppliers, consumable control, and day-to-day support with the Cleaning, Security, and Car Parking Teams.To implement H&S standards and carry out the weekly recorded inspection regarding every standard.Requirements:
Industrial Engineer or similar with one year of comparable experience with a commercial or leisure center, hospitality business, or tourism environment.Ability to prioritize and manage several tasks simultaneously.Exemplary operational skills & ability to work on own initiative.Previous experience of working in a fast-paced high-volume environment.Excellent organization and communication skills.Customer service oriented.Physically fit and self-motivated.Able to work individually or as part of a team.Fluent in English and Spanish.
