ABOUT THE JOB Research and identify potential opportunities to purchase tickets for upcoming sports, music, theatre and comedy events across Europe and the United Kingdom.
Take a proactive role in the strategic acquisition of ticket inventory.
Take ownership and accountability of individual events, managing the inventory of the event from the time of acquiring inventory all the way through until the completion of the event.
Implement effective resale strategies to ensure optimal inventory turnover.
Monitor and manage ticket inventory levels to prevent overstock or undersupply.
Conduct thorough analysis to understand both primary and secondary market trends, demand and pricing dynamics of each specific event.
Utilise data and analytics to make informed decisions and refine ticket resale strategies.
Work in a collaborative team of Event Managers, collectively supporting each other in making informed decisions and contributing innovative ideas and fresh perspectives.
Provide updates on the status, inventory position, and progress of your events through both in-person meetings and written communication.
Collaborate across departments, including Customer Services, Fulfilment, and Sales teams, to ensure the effective management of the post-sale aspects of your events.
There is an expectation for Event Managers to be flexible with hours on days where there are events in the evening.
STANDOUT POINTS Standard Full time hours - Monday to Friday: 09:00 - 17:30 + 1 weekend day rotated every 8 weeks.
