Your Role Lead and motivate a dynamic IT infrastructure team, ensuring seamless IT operations.Implement, maintain, and develop innovative IT infrastructure solutions.Take ownership of server, network, and storage systems while optimizing VPN and WAN connections.Ensure compliance with IT security standards and maintain thorough documentation.Collaborate to shape the IT infrastructure roadmap across multiple locations.
What You Bring Proven leadership experience and a knack for inspiring teams.Deep expertise in IT infrastructure, including server, network, storage systems, and cloud environments.Strong knowledge of IT security and ITIL service management practices.A degree in computer science or an equivalent qualification.Fluency in German and English (C1-C2), with excellent analytical and strategic skills.
