We are looking for a stellar House Operations Lead to help us build and run Norrsken House Barcelona. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of Norrsken House, coordinating suppliers and making sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. In a nutshell, you will act as the linchpin of all the house operations through direct contact with impact entrepreneurs, suppliers, and the Norrsken team to create a seamless and vibrant hub for impact and tech.

Examples of responsibilities:Be the main point of contact for members, suppliers and the Norrsken team for issues concerning the House's daily operations (access, security, technical issues, consumables, etc.).Manage the booking of events and coordinate internally and externally with suppliers to make sure the operations work seamlessly.Together with the Ops Manager create and review processes and playbooks, and ensure the operational information towards members is updated and accurate.Work hand-in-hand with the Front-desk Associate to ensure there is always a first line of support available for members and that matters are redirected to the right people internally and externally.Promote a culture of responsibility to make sure the House is organized and allows impact entrepreneurs to do their best work.You are a good fit if you:Want to make the world a better place, and believe entrepreneurship, technology and business can be a driving force to make this happen.Have 2+ years of experience in an Operations, Facility management or Event management role.Are passionate about finding solutions and have no problem rolling up your sleeves when needed.Are driven by challenges and are a strong multitasker who knows how to prioritise your work to optimize for impact.Have good communication skills, both oral and written.
