For a railway project that we are carrying out in Murcia (Spain), we need to incorporate a Chief Administrative Officer into the team.CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICERLocation: MurciaThe functions to be performed will be, among others, the following:Analyze, review and implement the different administrative processes of the commissioned works (invoices, orders, documentation, contracts, etc.), in accordance with the established procedures and the guidelines of their hierarchical superior, in order to guarantee compliance with said procedures.Ensure the effectiveness of the payments to the companies that participate in the works.Interested persons must have the following professional profile:Demonstrated previous experience working as a construction manager in the construction sector or similar.ORP training (60h basic).Knowledge of SAP is desirable.Local contract is offered according to salary scales in the local market.#J-18808-Ljbffr
