Smallpdf is looking for a Senior Analytics and Tracking Manager with experience in SaaS / fast-growing industries. As an experienced individual, you will be responsible for enabling attribution model driven decision-making across the marketing organization and beyond. You'll be working in close partnership with marketers, data scientists and data engineers to help solve important business problems. Your domain areas will be Google Analytics and the Google Ecosystem (Tag Manager, Ads, etc.), as well everything required to track our B2B efforts (from traffic to lead to sales). As someone with a positive attitude, and enthusiasm for a business problem solver, you will elevate our capabilities to be best-in-market.Responsibilities & DutiesLead our Marketing Analytics and Tracking to success, including roadmap ownership, QA, and defining working framework between Marketing, Data and Product.Work as a trusted advisor to Data and Marketing teams on creating a modern analytics stack and attribution model.Analyze marketing metrics to identify cause-effect relationships between marketing levers and outcomes across our customer marketing channels.Collaborate with the data engineering team to avoid any data integrity issues.Cooperate with the Product teams on building best tracking practices.Partner with marketing channel owners and third party, if need be, to design our analytical stack.Create and maintain our marketing reporting with focus on storytelling.Requirements8+ years experience in marketing/growth analytics team.Understanding of consumer drivers of acquisition, retention/churn, lifetime value, and business KPI's.Proven track record of success in building different attribution models.Proficiency in SQL and Python.Outstanding presentation and communication skills, demonstrated ability to drive alignment with various groups, senior management and leadership.Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities.Why Smallpdf?We put our people first and prioritise work-life balance.
