Job Title: Project Lead - Commercial ExcellenceResponsibilities:Lead projects related to commercial excellence.Support the sales team by analyzing complex databases, obtaining conclusions, and making recommendations.Assist with existing sales tools and databases, following up with the sales team to ensure their comprehension.Implement projects by working with all departments involved and coordinating local efforts for global initiatives.Participate in the creation of commercial KPIs.Analyze results according to defined KPIs.Minimum Requirements:Educational background in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.5 years of experience in business analytics or a similar field.Fluent in Spanish and English.Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (high level).Valuable experience with Power BI or dashboards.Experience with analytical systems (e.G., Dynamics, CRM tools).Strong team player with effective interpersonal communication and consultative skills, both verbal and written.Very strong analytical skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
