Job DescriptionAt Accor we are currently looking for a Key Account Manager - Leisure B2B to be based in Madrid.
Your main accountabilities will be:
Develop and animate a set portfolio of leisure accountsFollow segment strategy in order to grow revenue and market share from client baseContracting business in line with buying patterns of client and considering hotel budgetsArranging & managing Business Reviews Meetings with key partners throughout the yearOrganize & attend a variety of activities to support growth of business including Accor 'Sales in Motion' events, Tradeshows, exhibitions, sales missions and client eventsDevelop strong knowledge of regional hotel portfolioSet and execute Account Development PlansEnsure ROI is managed across all actionsBuild relationships with third party associations, airlines, trade bodies, tourist boards to help build awareness of destinations, hotels, new openingsArrange presentations to clients on key topics, new openings, and new hotelsOffer a consultative sales approach to both clients & hotelsPromote marketing and exposure opportunities for the hotelsContribute towards Leisure campaigns to achieve targeted resultsCross Segment: Work closely with other sales teams, hubs and hotels as deemed necessaryWork alongside Leisure colleagues in a professional manner at all timesEnsure strong knowledge of tools & programs used to drive Leisure B2B segment and achieve team targetsProject management as relevant to deliver commercial actions to help drive business from segmentTrack, analyze and report all business from portfolio and take ownership of market segment to produce reports and presentations as deemed necessaryQualificationsAbout you:
University degree - BA or HospitalityAt least 5 years of experience in Hotel/Leisure sales IndustryUnderstanding of own marketplaceFluent in Portuguese & Spanish - MandatoryC1 English, French or Italian would be a plusResult OrientedCustomer FocusStrong collaborative and communication skillsTeam PlayerAdditional InformationWhat we offer:
