Who you are: You hold a Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical, business or analytical discipline. Extensive work experience in product marketing, preferably in the eCommerce space. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English - written and verbal. You have strong analytical and quantitative skills with a passion and aptitude for solving hard problems with unknown solutions. You have good command of MS Office (especially Excel and Word).

The Italy & Spain Marketing & Prime team is looking for a Sr. Deals Product Marketing Manager based in Madrid to lead onsite promotions and drive CX optimization for our daily deals and voucher programs and large deal events across the Italy site (e.g., Prime Day, Black Friday, Cyber Monday). The Sr. Deals Product Marketing Manager obsesses over delivering the most relevant and highest quality promotions to every customer, at the right time, and within the right context, driving customer curiosity and delight, and promotion discovery. You will closely collaborate with several stakeholders, both in Spain and internationally, ranging from local Retail/Marketplace, Finance, Customer Service, Ops and Marketing teams.

Job responsibilities:
Operational Excellence: You coordinate effectively across a broad range of teams to design and execute targeted campaigns to engage existing and acquire new customers.
Process Optimization: You provide ongoing monitoring and optimization through analysis of results and accordingly provide recommendations to senior management. You partner effectively with international Dev teams to drive continuous customer-focused A/B experimentation onsite.
Strategic Mindset: You directly manage and drive the expansion of programs that are critical to a company's longer-term growth. You Think Big on how to constantly evolve the role you play in driving customer acquisition and engagement. You are obsessed with continuously improving the quality of our promotions by empowering our Selling Partners to build successful long-term promotions strategies.
