The main finca serves breakfast until late morning and dinner with a beautiful terrace overlooking the swimming pool where customers can enjoy a delicious lunch. Finca's Mediterranean cuisine is built around local products of character. At lunchtime, you will also find a light and gourmet menu to be enjoyed next to the poolside sunbeds.ABOUT THE JOBWe are seeking a Chef to join our dynamic team at Menorca Experimental Hotel. Under the responsibility of the Head Chef, as part of your duties, you will be responsible for:Carrying out preliminary preparationsCreation of recipes from technical sheetsProduction of dishes according to the menu and special ordersChecking preparations (tasting, analysis and correction)Storing foodstuffs according to the methods prescribed in the establishmentReceiving and checking the quantity and quality of deliveriesApplying the hygiene and safety rules in forceWearing professional clothing in accordance with health and safety legislationABOUT YOUA Chef de Partie is always working on behalf of our guests and with other team members.
