Step into the role of Supply Chain Project Manager and have a global impact!About the RoleAs our Supply Chain Project Manager, you will drive project management excellence and enable business success with a team of highly qualified project managers delivering strategically important projects.You will maintain strategic oversight of project requirements, assigning Project Managers and managing project budgets.

If this is you, we'd love to talk.What You Will DoOrganize the assignment of Project Managers to strategically important cross-functional projects and programs.Leverage best-in-class Project Management methods and standards to plan and execute projects and programs, including efficient steering functions.Secure required resources and use formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks, and opportunities.Ensure the availability of purposeful and proven Project Management tools.Develop and maintain procedures and IT tools for project- and portfolio management, and ensure consistent use of Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools.Coach and develop team members in Project Management to drive performance and engagement.Lead our global network for Project Management and support the ongoing training of network members.Who You AreExperienced in Logistics, complex projects, WMS, and SAP S/4HANA implementation, process automation.
Adept in change management, visionary decision-making, and complex problem-solving.
An articulate communicator with exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Equipped with over 12 years of experience in supply chain project management and ideally a university degree in Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
Comfortable in a complex, global matrix organization.
