Purpose of the Job: Execute and coordinate Level 2 Warranty & Maintenance activities for Mainline contracts (Trackside and On Board), and coordinate the synergies with Test & Commissioning team in terms of human and material resources.
Organisation Structure: Services DIS SPP
Organisational Reporting: Operations Manager
Key Network and Links: Maintenance Managers and Technicians, T&C Manager and engineers, Logistic, Sourcing, RAM, Safety, ILS, Quality.
Performance Measurement: Documentation delivered on time, Contractual KPI (RAM indicators, Logistic Times, Response Times, etc.), Manage the technical assistance team.
Responsibilities:
Organize, plan and manage the warranty & maintenance activitiesSupervise the subcontracted services and manage the performance of the teamControl the execution on the preventive and corrective maintenance following the Quality, Safety and EHS proceduresPlanning of activities, updates of procedures and manuals, training of maintenance workersMonthly report to the customerTechnical analysis of faultsDevelopment of enhancement or investment proposalsManage the stock of spare parts allocated to the contractInterface with the other involved métiers in the warranty and maintenance activities, especially with T&C activity but also with ILS, Safety, Quality, RAM, Engineering.Interface with the customerSpecific Technical Knowledge:
Electrical, Telecommunication or Industrial Engineer / Technician5 years experience in railway projectsAccuracy, analytical skills, good interpersonal skillsKnowledge of procedures for Quality, Safety and EHSKnowledge on maintenance of railway systems (Mainline Wayside, Trackside and On Board)Other requirements:
