For our SAP solutions team, we are looking for a SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team inSpain.
You will be a trusted advisor forBusiness and IT, providing clear technology and process direction to clients with regards to their SAP HCM solutions.
You will closely collaborate with all Adessa's business lines to bring technical innovation into projects.In this role of SuccessFactors Consultant, you will be part of:Facilitate client process walkthroughs to understand business processes and alignment with solution functionality.Manage SuccessFactors projects, resource allocation, and deliverables during the whole project lifecycle.Design and configure a SuccessFactors system based on HR best practices.Ensure successful implementation of SuccessFactors while adhering to product standards.Facilitate workshop and training sessions for client's key users.Work closely with Adessa team members to facilitate successful integration between modules.Support pre-sales activities.Collaborate with colleagues in Adessa's international Cloud Business Line to share knowledge and drive innovation.THIS IS WHAT YOU NEEDYou ideally have a Master's degree or the equivalent by experience.You have at least ONE end-to-end implementation in a SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruiting, or Performance & Goals, or another module with successful go-live.You have a SuccessFactors Associate Certification in one or more SF modules (mandatory).You have a good knowledge of HCM processes.You possess experience in functional design.Solid Project Management skills are a plus.You have proven experience in a client-facing role.You have solid interpersonal skills.You are known for your problem-solving and strong analytical skills.Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (Business Fluent), French or German is an asset.WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOUWorking in a dynamic, fast-growing environment with nice colleagues.Nice customers with an international character.Various career and training opportunities, also internationally.Good salary (let's talk) based on local standards.Flexibility in organizing your work.Opportunity for you to build a legacy with all means provided.WHY THIS JOBAt Adessa, it is about people, not IT.
