Position: Global Product Manager (M/F/d) Prenatal Screening
Location: Remote EMEA (Home-Office)
Discover Impactful Work: The Thermo Fisher Scientific Biomarkers Global Product Management team is positioned to support our clients in gaining access to critical diagnostic equipment. Our teams focus on evaluating new business opportunities in worldwide markets and product launches.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities: Identify new business opportunities/markets and lead their evaluation (technical, clinical, customer need, business potential).
Champion successful product launches through requirements, development, and commercialization.
Build go-to-market strategies for IVD products.
Cultivate business relationships across the business to drive revenue, margin, and customer growth.
Build cross-functional relationships with Sales, R&D, Finance, Regulatory, and Senior Leadership.
Develop and maintain relationships with key customer accounts as well as market influencers.
Analyze market trends and define competitive strategy, value proposition, and positioning.
Engineer new promotional marketing and sales tools to increase brand awareness and customer retention.
Facilitate the product life cycle process for existing products.
Sustain product documentation and monitor product quality.
Key to Success: Master's degree in engineering, Chemistry, Biology or related sciences.
Strong desire and motivation to develop a career as a future leader within our commercial organization.
Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Product management experience and/or strategic marketing experience is required as well as in sales force support and/or sales.
Familiarity in handling intellectual property, financial reports (e.g. P&L, CVP, 10k, etc.), and other business and legal processes.
Results oriented through initiative, ownership, and accountability.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written presentation skills in English.
