You will be responsible for driving business operations, creating and managing short- and long-term business activities, driving organizational initiatives, and business processes to meet strategic objectives and priorities. The role requires strong leadership and organizational capabilities to coordinate at WE but also a strong engagement with our Country Teams across WE. This individual must have a blend of sales, strategy, business and financial acumen, planning, business management, communications, and program management skills to successfully support the PS organization.Responsibilities Revenue, Partners and Business Operations: Establish and drive a well-defined, predictable rhythm of the business (RoC) within the WE Area PS team connecting with the 12 subsidiaries.Drive Forecast alignment for WE PS per Country with Finance. Own structure and feedback with Industry Leads.Drive Sales Leadership on Closing, End of Month and End of Quarter to provide meaningful insights and support to subsidiaries and back to WE SMO LT.Lead the Partner Strategy for PS across Industries and drive strong alignment on execution with GPS to land the Sales and Organizational capabilities needed for PS.Partner with WWPS to land critical initiatives, incentives, programs, and campaigns to support PS Transformation.As a Sales Leader Coaching for Growth: Leverage business insights and transformational leading indicators to benchmark performance and define current and future actions needed to grow the business faster than the overall market.Together with the WE PS Leadership team run the rhythm of the business (RoC), that enforces great discipline in sales and consumption processes and delivers over-achievement of business results through core sales and consumption motions.Coach pipeline discipline leading to healthy coverage and infuse the proper forecast rigor, accuracy, and accountability
