Position OverviewFor our Module Management team, which is part of the Loads and Control System Module within R&D, we are looking for a Technical Project Manager. The team is responsible for the technical and process-driven coordination, planning, and alignment of projects within the Loads and Control System Module for new technologies and new wind turbine product development. The team consists of around 10 highly skilled project managers and is split across two locations in Denmark: our global engineering head office in Brande and our center of competence in Skovlunde (Copenhagen).

Supports scoping activities whilst aligning with both internal and external stakeholders to execute the project within the defined requirements (e.g., planning, budget, time, functionality).Ensures business success, customer satisfaction, and professional stakeholder management.Ensures timely decisions on open issues, escalating where necessary.Supports Team Leads and Department Heads with resourcing activities.Leads project team members to cooperation and promotes efficient ways of working.On the Technical LevelManages a network of technical specialists to realize customer-specific components, systems, or solutions.Coordinates the Engineering tasks and cooperates with involved regional Engineering units including their interfaces.Performs technical and project risk management.Manages technical risks & opportunities, interfaces, alignment, and project governance activities.What You Need to Make a DifferencePassion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. For this position, we expect you to have:
A MSc degree in Wind Energy, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar.A strong understanding with a minimum of 3 years' experience in either Turbine Control Systems and/or Aeroelastic Load Simulations, Design and Validation. Knowledge of Turbine Load Certification would be of benefit.
