As a rapidly growing company, we're looking for passionate individuals who are eager to shape the future of workforce management for shifted teams and make a tangible impact on our clients.We're looking specifically for a talented and experienced Product Manager to join our team and help us develop Skello as a product-led company. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of user experience and product-led methodologies, as well as successful experience in managing B2C or B2B products.Your missionsAs a Senior Product Manager at Skello, you will lead the development and execution of our product strategy, driving innovation and delivering exceptional solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients and users.You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including tech, product marketing, design, customer success, and sales, to bring new features and products to market while ensuring we achieve our business goals.Define and execute the product roadmap, prioritising features and initiatives based on business impact, customer feedback, and market research.Embody our product vision, and ensure it is embraced and enacted by all stakeholders.Collaborate with stakeholders across Skello to gather requirements, define specifications, and ensure product strategies align with business objectives.Lead an impact team with the Engineering Manager through agile development processes, and collaborate with Product peers (Product Marketing Managers & Product Designers) ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.Conduct user research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation on our different Products.Define and analyse key performance indicators to evaluate product success of your initiatives and features and make informed decisions based on data.Advocate for the customer, incorporating user feedback and usability testing findings into the product development process.Communicate product plans, benefits, and results to all stakeholders, including leadership stakeholders, the product team, and other impacted teams.Qualifications4+ years of product management experience.Strong understanding of product-led methodologies and user experience design principles.Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire effectively in a cross-functional team environment.Good understanding of the SaaS business/start-up environment.Proven experience in launching and managing product-led initiatives that drive user engagement, retention, and growth.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making and measure performance.Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory, French is a plus.ProcessDiscovery call (20 min) with Kevin, Talent & HR Partner.First 'Technical' interview (45 min) with Caroline (Lead Product manager).Live use case in our offices in Barcelona with Laura and Ariane (VP Product).Third interview 'Vision' (30 min) with Quitterie (CEO).Reference check and offer.BenefitsWe believe in the well-being and development of our employees at work.
