Procurement Manager Madrid or Malaga based offices - Hybrid-working Ebury is looking to add a full-time Procurement Manager to our team in our Malaga or Madrid offices.
Ideally you will have experience in working as a strategic procurement professional and you will be able to create and implement our Procurement and Sourcing management strategy.
Major/Key Accountabilities Responsible for negotiating and contracting for building the commercial landscape Management of all existing and new contracts ensuring contract compliance Reviewing all supplier agreements and negotiate terms Development of procurement processes and benchmarking to increase opportunities Compliance to policies and processes minimizing any risk activity Sourcing at best value for the business, leading and managing bidding processes Partner with global key stakeholders to gather all business requirements and define procurement strategy that enable Ebury to expand Manage spend data and establish clear and effective recommendations quickly and present these to senior business stakeholders Proactively engage with the business and supply market and be prepared to challenge current thinking within the business Build Data and analytic data sources, business intelligence platform and dashboards Lead and create a preferred supplier list Skills and Experience Significant/Recent experience within Procurement Strong stakeholder management skills in complex situations Cost and financial management Supplier and contract management Presence and confidence around Senior stakeholders Project Management with a collaborative approach Strong written and verbal English communication skills Strong analytical skills Experience with metrics creation and data presentation Experience of improving processes Experience in a fast-paced multi-national environment Project and Data Management Knowledge of the financial services sector would be an advantage About Us Ebury is a FinTech success story, positioned among the fastest-growing international companies in its sector.
