Valeo's VIE Program: The Valeo VIE Program is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein, and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28. This program is to work for one of our subsidiaries around the world! Business France, the French agency for international business development, is in charge of all the administrative procedures of your assignment. Make sure you meet Business France's eligibility criteria to apply for a VIE: Business France Eligibility.

The site of Le Hainaut based in Belgium belongs to the Light Division. We are looking for a VIE Quality Engineer (SQA Supplier Quality Assurance) for 12 months within the team.
Your Challenges:Identify and handle component non-conformity on the site and ensure 100% APU/LINE protection.Perform Conformity Control of the components supplied to and into the production site.Ensure 100% Capable Yearly initial samples.Ensure 100% Capable components delivered to the APU/LINE.Control the Supplier analysis speed and relevancy closure with perfect communication to the APU.Ensure follow-up of the Charge Back with Purchasing.Ensure 100% conformity of components supplied at the site level.Handle, consolidate, and update key indicators on a site level: yearly conformity for all the purchased components & reactivity in problem-solving.Work with the supplier in accordance with the Supplier Quality Manual after a preliminary investigation on the Valeo site has been performed.Escalate for any Purchasing Commodity engineer support required or for any roadblock regarding the incident problem-solving activity or the yearly component conformity.Ensure 100% yearly conformity of the purchased components.Contact the supplier as soon as an issue is detected with a purchased component to get the supplier to organize the containment within 24 hours.Let's Talk About You:You are graduated from an Engineering School degree in Quality.
