To support our Customer Solution Center in Iberia, we are searching for our central office in Las Rozas (Madrid) for an Internal Sales (M/F/d).Main Responsibilities:We offer you a new challenge in which your main responsibility will be to support customer daily activities to reach a high level of customer satisfaction and drive necessary actions to achieve company targets.
Following tasks would define main internal sales activities:Ensuring high customer service by processing customer inquiries, orders, and quotes under defined timeframe.Being in touch with customers to follow up quotations and customer activities.Collaborate with external sales team to expand the business in existing customers and also explore the market to find new opportunities.Being updated in the usage of all the tools and systems to increase efficiency.Track orders to ensure on-time delivery.Requirements:As Internal Sales, you should have:University degree or FPII and good technical understanding.At least 3 years of experience in an internal sales department selling industrial or plastic products.High computer skills, MS Office, CRM.
